AYURVEDIC GATORADE
I took an Autumn Ayurvedic cleanse course and we learned this Ayurvedic Gatorade recipe, to replenish electrolytes and purify. It also tastes wonderful!
It’s very simple.
INGREDIENTS
Pure, filtered water.
Add a squeeze of a slice of fresh lime.
Add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
Enjoy! Very refreshing and helps balance pH of the body, cleanse and purify.
