The 5 Lightbulbs
There are many things we know we “should” do for our health. Really, there are countless books and articles out there, endless YouTube videos and TV shows, all geared to helping us know how to help ourselves.
So why don’t we always all eat nutritiously, sleep soundly, exercise daily, breathe deeply & drink plenty of water? I believe that when a person commits to these 5 practices, and in doing so unpacks the blocks behind each and every one until all 5 are working in harmony to keep the body and mind balanced, wholeness and health blossom.
